Ordering & Products

Are your products authentic? Yes. Every pair we sell is genuine, imported branded footwear — never fakes or replicas. We hand-source and inspect each item personally before it reaches our store.

Why are the prices so low? Because our pieces are preloved and imported finds, we're able to offer authentic branded footwear at a fraction of the original retail price. You get the same quality and style — just without the luxury markup.

What does "one-of-a-kind" mean? Most of our pairs are unique — we usually have just one of each in a single size. This means when something sells out, it's genuinely gone. If you love it, we recommend not waiting.

What condition are the shoes in? Every pair is honestly graded from Good to Premium based on its condition. You'll find the grade listed on each product, and you can read exactly what each grade means on our Condition Guide page.

How do I know my size? All our sizes are listed in EUR. Check our Size Guide page for a full conversion chart to help you find your perfect fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us before ordering.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes — cash on delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan. Pay only when your order arrives at your door.

How much is delivery? Delivery is free on orders over Rs.2,999. For orders below that, a standard delivery charge applies at checkout.

How long will my order take? Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery usually taking 3–5 working days depending on your city.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details. You can also reach out to us anytime on WhatsApp for an update.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer easy 7-day returns. If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery in its original condition.

How do I request a return or exchange? Simply contact us on WhatsApp or through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll guide you through the process.

What if my size doesn't fit? Because most pairs are one-of-a-kind, we may not have the same style in another size — but you're welcome to return it within 7 days, or we'll help you find another pair you love.
