Are these shoes original branded?
Yes — every pair is an authentic imported branded shoe, handpicked and inspected by us. We never sell replicas or first copies.
What does "preloved" actually mean?
Most of our stock is gently used or leftover branded footwear imported in bulk. Each pair is hand-graded — Premium, Excellent, Very Good, or Good — so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy. Check our Condition Guide for full details.
How do I pick the right size?
All our sizes are in EUR (34–43). Measure your foot in centimetres and match it against our Size Guide — it's the most accurate way, since imported brands vary. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan. Pay only when your parcel reaches your door.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 2–4 working days nationwide. You'll get tracking details as soon as your parcel ships.
Can I return or exchange?
Absolutely — we offer a 7-day exchange policy. If the size isn't right or the pair isn't as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.
Why is only one pair available in each size?
Because our stock is genuinely one-of-a-kind. Most pairs are single finds — once they're gone, they're gone. That's the nature of thrifting, and it's why the prices are what they are.
